Where great educators do their best work

At The Learning Garden, educators aren't program-delivery staff. They're researchers, co-thinkers and the people children will remember.

We see early childhood education as skilled, intellectual and relational work. We do not reduce it to routines or compliance. We honour it as a profession. Working with children is a privilege. We look for people who feel that in their bones — not just on their application.

We hire for character as much as qualifications

Credentials matter — and every educator at The Learning Garden holds relevant qualifications. But what we look for first is harder to teach.

We're looking for educators who are:

Genuinely curious about children's thinking

Reflective and honest about their own practice

Warm, relational and present — not managing a screen

Willing to contribute ideas and ask questions

Courageous enough to do things differently when it’s better for children

If this sounds like you, get in touch

We keep a register of strong candidates and reach out when the right role opens up.
